Legal FAQ

Short answers on the Terms, Privacy, Cookie and Refund policies: selling what you build, the 14-day refund on credit packs, and what happens to your data.

What is on the Legal page

Everything lives at /legal, in four sections you can link straight to:

The answers below are the short version; the page is the binding one.

Can I use generated code commercially?

Nothing in the Terms forbids it, and people do sell what they build here. But be aware of what the Terms actually say: they disclaim responsibility for AI output rather than granting you rights in it, and VyroAI does not guarantee outputs are free of third-party IP claims. If a lot of money depends on the answer, take your own advice on it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days. If VyroAI doesn't build you something that runs, ask through the contact form on /support within 14 days of buying the credit pack and the pack is refunded in full — the Refund Policy calls it "no argument". A person still handles it by hand; there is no refund button. After the 14 days, refunds are given where the law requires them.

Two things you can do yourself: cancel a subscription at any time (it runs to the end of the billing period), and refund an unused 30-day block of VyroAI+ back to your credit balance from the Pricing page. A block you have already started goes through support.

The line at checkout about the 14-day withdrawal right

The payment page carries one more sentence, above the Pay button — and, once VyroAI switches the tick box on, as a box you have to tick:

> I want my credits now and understand I lose the 14-day withdrawal right once I use them. "Doesn't run? Full refund" still applies.

Those are two different promises, which is exactly why both are printed:

A subscription checkout shows the first sentence only: the Refund Policy treats subscriptions as cancel-any-time rather than refundable. For a credit pack the same sentence is repeated on your Stripe receipt, so you keep a copy of what you agreed to. For a subscription it is not on a receipt: it is saved as the subscription's description, which you see in Stripe's customer portal (Manage Subscription).

What data do you collect?

The Privacy Policy lists five kinds: account data, usage data, technical data, user-generated content, and support correspondence — what you send through the Support page contact form. The binding detail is in the full Privacy Policy at /legal#privacy.

The Privacy Policy does not list who data is shared with, beyond saying your inputs may be processed by external AI providers. The named outside services — Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for security, and OpenAI, Google and Anthropic as AI providers — are in clause 13 of the Terms.

The cookie bar on your first visit

A bar slides up from the bottom the first time you open VyroAI, signed in or not, with two buttons:

Whichever you press is remembered in that browser and the bar does not come back by itself. Open VyroAI on your phone or in another browser and you will be asked again — that is the answer being stored per browser, not a mistake.

Changing your answer

Press Cookie settings in the footer at the bottom of the page and the bar comes back, so you can press the other button. Pick Essential only after accepting and the Google Ads cookies are removed from this site. Clearing this site's stored data in your browser settings brings the bar back too.

What each kind of cookie is actually for is in the Cookie Policy.

Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old (or 13 with parental consent where legally permitted) to use VyroAI.

Which law applies?

VyroAI.vip is operated from the Netherlands. Dutch law and GDPR apply. The Terms name the governing law; they do not name a particular court.
