Help for Buyers

Bought credits and VyroAI still could not get your project working? A person looks at it with you in Discord, free. What that covers, and what a free account gets instead.

What it is

Sometimes the AI does not get a plugin or bot right. If you have bought credits and your project still does not work, a person from VyroAI looks at it with you on /help-for-buyers, at no extra cost.

This is for buyers only. It is not part of the free account, and there is nothing to order and nothing to pay: if you bought credits, the help is part of what you bought.

How it goes

  1. Try a stronger model first. When a build is hard the app already suggests one, and most problems end there.
  2. Still not working? Open the help channel in the VyroAI Discord, where buyers get a channel and we look at the project itself.
  3. We find what went wrong — a wrong version, a missing dependency, a prompt the AI misread — and get it working with you, in your own project, so you keep the source.

What a free account gets

The page is public and says the same thing to everyone, but a free account sees Buy credits where a buyer sees the Discord button. Free for everyone, buyer or not: the stronger-model suggestion, the community Forum, and the support page for account and payment questions. What a free account does not get is a person's time.

Any credit pack unlocks it — packs start at $10.

If it says it could not check your purchases

The page reads whether you have bought anything the moment you open it. If that read fails it says We couldn't check your purchases right now and offers Try again: it does not guess, and it never tells a buyer they are on a free account because a request did not come back. As of 22 September 2026 the check behind it is waiting on a database update, so that is the message most people see for now — if you have bought credits and want help before it lands, say so in the Discord or on the support page.

The $49 build service is gone

Until 21 September 2026 there was a paid We build your plugin for you offer, $49 per plugin, with its own page. It was dropped. Instead of selling a build we help the people who already bought credits, for free: no order to place, no queue, no delivery date to wait for. If you would rather have someone build a whole plugin to order, ask on the support page — nothing is promised, but you will get a straight answer.
