Support is where you reach a person about VyroAI — a build that will not compile, a payment you do not recognise, a question about your account. The form at the top of the page asks for two things, your email address and your message, and we reply to that address within 24 hours. You do not have to be signed in to use it. Messages are kept for 12 months so we can follow up on what was said before, and if the message cannot be saved for any reason it stays in the box with a Retry button and a link to our Discord, so nothing is lost.
Beside the form are four ways to get moving without waiting for a reply: the wiki, with guides and documentation; the VyroAI Discord, where the community and staff answer questions; a message to the team through the contact form on this page, which reaches our support inbox; and the AI chat assistant, which can help with your own projects.
The page ends with the ten things support hears every week, each answered in full: how credits work and what spends them, when a purchase can be refunded and when it cannot, how to compile a plugin with Cloud Build, why a generation might fail, how to change the AI model used for chat and code, what VyroAI+ is and how it is bought, whether generated code may be used commercially, how to host a Discord bot from inside its project, where to find your invoices, and how to delete your account yourself.
Something looks broken across the whole site? Check status first. The formal wording on refunds, data and account deletion is on the legal page, and plans and credit prices are on pricing.
