How to reach a person at VyroAI.vip: the contact form on /support and the Discord server, and how to tell your message was sent.
If you would rather keep a written trail, the form is that route too: once it goes through, a Message sent panel names the address we will reply to.
The page was reordered on 26 Aug 2026 so you no longer have to hunt for it: the form sits on the left, the four quick links — Wiki, Discord, Message the team (which jumps down to the form) and the AI Chat assistant — are a column beside it, and the FAQ runs underneath with every question it always had. The quick links help you solve a problem; only the form puts a message in front of the team.
Usually the form stores your message and turns into a Message sent panel that names the address we will reply to. If it cannot reach our server — you are offline, for example — an amber panel appears under the box instead: Your message didn't send — We couldn't reach our server. Your message is still in the box above, so nothing is lost. Try again, or ask us on Discord instead.
At that point nothing has reached us. Press Retry to send it again, or Ask on Discord to reach us on our server. Only the Message sent panel means the form got through.
One thing inside a project looks like support and is not:
If you need a human, use the contact form or Discord.
The chat panel in the Code Studio has an Export & Report button. Its Export Logs tab downloads your chat history for the period you pick as a single file — attach that to a Discord message or to the contact form. It is the thing support will ask for, so it saves a round trip to have it ready.
When the thing that went wrong is a project that would not be created, there are no chat logs to export — that failure box has its own Copy Debug Info button instead, and pasting what it copies is exactly what support needs. See Starting a New Project.
A build card in the Code Studio can point you at our Discord server, and it does so at two moments only:
Both buttons open the Discord invite in a new tab and put a ready-made post on your clipboard. Nothing is posted for you: you paste it into the channel yourself.
Worth knowing before you paste it into a public channel: the post holds your compiler errors, never your code. It takes the first line of at most two error messages, each cut at 160 characters, plus one sentence saying why we think you are stuck — Stuck on a VyroAI build: "cannot find symbol". Auto-Fix tried twice. File names can appear inside an error line, so read it once before you send.
The #showcase post is one line with your plugin's name in it: Made my first plugin with VyroAI: HomeTeleport. Nothing else about your project travels with either one.
Every wiki page has 👍 and 👎 at the bottom. A 👎 asks what was wrong — pick a reason, add a note if you want — and those votes decide which pages get rewritten first. It is the fastest way to fix documentation that let you down.
The contact form stores your email address and your message so we can answer you. It does not ask for your name: the part of your address before the @ is filed in its place. It is kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically. The full policy is in the Privacy Policy.
