The company
VyroAI.vip is operated by VyroAI, registered in the Netherlands. The official details are printed at the top of the Terms of Service, under 1. Company Information — /legal#terms-1. The Privacy Policy names the same company as the one responsible for your data.

The support page sends you the same way: its Message the team link opens that form rather than an email address.
Where your payment goes
Payments are processed by Stripe, which the Terms list among the services VyroAI uses. You pay on Stripe's own checkout page, and the prices include 21% Dutch VAT. A credit pack costs the printed price in every country; Payment Methods & VAT covers subscriptions and buying as a business.
The Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Checking a business before you pay is sensible. The KvK and VAT numbers above are the ones to look up. The Legal page is the binding source; this page copies it.
