Legal Information

Everything that governs your use of VyroAI.vip is collected on one page, in four documents anyone can read in full without an account: the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. A rail beside the text jumps straight to any of them, and the page carries the date the wording was last updated.

Terms of Service

The terms open with the company details behind VyroAI.vip — the trading name, the KvK and VAT registration numbers, a contact email, and the country of registration — and then set out what the platform is: a technical service provider that gives you access to AI systems operated by third parties. From there they cover who may sign up, what may and may not be built with the service, who owns the content you upload and the output the AI generates, what publishing to the community means, how bot hosting works, availability and backups, payments and subscriptions, when an account may be suspended, the limits of liability, the third-party services involved in running the site, and the statement that VyroAI is independent of Mojang, Microsoft, Discord and Hypixel Studios. The terms are governed by Dutch law.

Privacy, cookies and refunds

The Privacy Policy names the categories of data VyroAI holds, the legal basis for each, how long each kind is kept, how AI providers process what you send them, how to switch off learning from your own projects, and the rights you can exercise over your data. The Cookie Policy names the types of cookie in use and how to change your preferences, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy answers what happens to credits, subscriptions and cancellations.
