Sometimes the AI does not get a plugin or bot right. If you have bought credits and your project still does not work, a person from VyroAI looks at it with you, at no extra cost. This is for buyers only — it is not part of the free account.

- Still not working? Open the help channel. In the VyroAI Discord, buyers get a channel where we look at the project itself.
- We fix it with you. We find what went wrong and get your project working. No charge, no timer.
No charge, no timer. There is nothing to order and nothing to pay: if you bought credits, the help is part of what you bought. Free accounts get the stronger-model tip and the community Forum, not a person's time. Any credit pack unlocks the help — packs from $10.
What a person does with you
Opens your project and reads the build error or the behaviour you describe, finds what went wrong — a wrong version, a missing dependency, a prompt the AI misread — and gets it working with you, in the same project, so you keep the source.
