Buying Credits
Packs, subscriptions, and the things you buy with credits instead of money.
Two tabs on the Pricing page
- Credits & plans — both card options in one place: pay once for a credit pack, or take a subscription that tops you up every month at a better rate per credit
- VyroAI+ — the extra you buy with credits rather than with money (storage plans live on your Profile → Subscription tab)
Two different ways to pay
Packs and subscriptions are card payments, handled by Stripe. VyroAI+ and extra storage are different: you spend credits you already have, and the button tells you how many before you confirm.
Pressing Buy before you have an account
You can press Buy or Subscribe while signed out. A message says Sign in to buy the Standard pack (or Sign in to subscribe to …), and you land on the sign-up form with a You're buying box at the top: the pack, its credits and its price. Nothing is charged there. If the live price could not be loaded, the box names the pack and its credits only.
Sign up or sign in any way you like — email, Google, Discord or GitHub, even through the confirmation link that opens in a new tab — and you come back to the Pricing page with that pack already selected. The checkout does not open by itself: you press Buy once more to pay. The choice is remembered in that browser for 24 hours.
Coming back from checkout
When you finish or leave the Stripe page you come back to the Pricing page, and a card at the top says what happened: Payment done with the credits that arrived, Payment received: your credits are still on their way while our server adds them (usually within a minute), or Payment was canceled: nothing was charged. The card stays until you close it.
If your credits look missing, read I Paid, but My Credits Have Not Arrived before you pay again. A second checkout is a second payment.
Upgrading
You can upgrade a plan at any time, and unused credits from your current plan carry over.
The three subscriptions
The subscriptions are Basic ($12.10), Standard ($24.20) and Pro ($60.50). The credit packs carry the same three names and the same prices, so the two columns compare like for like — plus a fourth, pack-only Business step at $121 for a one-off bigger top-up.
Those are the figures the Pricing page prints, including 21% VAT. A credit pack costs exactly that figure wherever you are. Only a subscription is adjusted at checkout outside the EU and for businesses with a VAT number; see Payment Methods & VAT.
An active credit subscription automatically takes 20% off — off VyroAI+ and storage both. You do not need a code; the discounted price is what the button shows.
