What the link in our emails actually turns off, and how to get the emails back.
Every lifecycle email — the nudges described in Emails We Send, and How to Stop Them — carries an Unsubscribe link in its footer. Clicking it opens a page on vyroai.vip that does the work immediately, no button to press and no sign-in needed: it works from your mail app even when you are signed out.
When it says "You're unsubscribed", that is the whole account switched off for those emails — there is no per-email version, and the same link from an email months old works exactly like today's. It lasts until you switch Tips & reminders back on.
The page says it itself: account and security emails still come — verification and device-check codes, password resets and payment receipts. The app does not work without them, so the unsubscribe link never covers them.
Mail you cause by doing something — a project-email confirmation, say — is not a lifecycle email and keeps arriving. A credit-gift notice (the email telling you credits were added to your account) is different: it honours the same switch, so it stops too.
Clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind? Open Profile → Preferences → General and switch Tips & reminders back on. It is the same setting the link changed, so the emails start again. The unsubscribe page says the same under "Changed your mind?", with a link straight to Settings.
"This link doesn't work" means the address arrived incomplete — some mail apps trim long links. Open the newest email from us and use its link, or copy the whole link out of the email into the address bar. If no link from any email works, the same page offers the way out: ask support and we switch the emails off for you.
