When a Page Says It Couldn't Load

The three "couldn't load" and "stopped working" screens, what each one means, and what to press. None of them loses your projects or credits.

Find the one you saw

There are three of these cards. Each one below is drawn the way the app draws it, so you can match the one in front of you.

The heading names what it could not read — your AI settings, your Kit, your Trash, your usage. Under it: "Nothing was changed — your settings are safe. This page just couldn't reach them."

"We couldn't load your …"

What it means: one part of the screen could not be read. Nothing was changed or deleted.

What to do: press Try again. Still there after a minute? Press Check status page to see whether we already know about it.

"Something went wrong while this part of the page was loading. Your projects and credits are safe — the rest of the app still works."

"This section didn't load"

What it means: one block of the page crashed; the rest of the app is fine.

What to do: press Try again, or carry on somewhere else and come back to it.

"Something crashed while this page was loading. Your projects and credits are safe — they live on our servers, not in this page." A short code sits under the buttons with Copy beside it.

"This page stopped working"

What it means: the whole page crashed. We were told about it automatically.

What to do: press Reload this page. If it crashes again, press Copy next to the short code and paste it into Tell support what happened — that code lets us find your crash.

When to contact support

If the same card comes back after a reload and the Status page says everything is up, tell support what you were doing and, for a crash, send the short code. See Getting Help for every way to reach a person.
