What is on /pricing, top to bottom — packs, subscriptions, the credit-paid extras, and the FAQ.
The Pricing page lives at /pricing and is public — you can read every price without an account. It is linked from the site header and the footer. The sidebar has a Pricing row only while you are signed out; signed in, the sidebar holds Skills, Community and Help & Wiki instead.
The first thing on the page is a full-width gradient banner above the title: a New standard rate chip, the sentence "Every credit now buys double the AI it did at launch — permanently", and a No code needed tick. It is not a sale that will end — it is the page telling you the normal credit rate improved. It moved above the title on 28 August 2026; older guides describe it as a quiet pill under the prices.
It steps aside only for a usage offer (the amber more usage strip), which takes that slot while it runs, so those two are never on screen together. A discount-code campaign is different: its banner sits further down, under the prices, while the standard-rate banner stays at the top. The standard-rate banner describes the normal rate; the campaign banner describes its code.
Under the two price tabs sit the smaller pieces. Every card says its price includes 21% VAT. A credit pack card adds The price shown is the price you pay, wherever you are, and that is exact: a pack costs the printed figure in every country, for a business too. A subscription card says instead that outside the EU, and for businesses that enter a VAT number, the amount is adjusted at checkout. See Payment Methods & VAT.
Signed in, the free credits earn tiles are folded behind an Open the earn panel button rather than spread across the top. Your welcome credits card is not behind it: a compact version shows on its own just below that line until you have claimed it. Signed out, the button reads Sign in to open the earn panel and takes you to the sign-in page. See Earning Free Credits.
The body of the page is two tabs:
Buying Credits explains the packs, plans and prices in detail.
Inside Credits & Plans the two cards are not equal. The one-time pack is the marked one: a solid Start here · one payment tag sits over its top edge, it has a heavier border, and its Buy button is the filled one. The subscription card beside it has a quiet outline tag reading Monthly credits and an outline Subscribe button. (Until 12 September 2026 it was the other way round, with a Most people pick this badge on the subscription; that badge is gone.)
That is the page's advice for a first purchase, and nothing more — it is not a claim about what most people buy, and no price, tier or credit count changed when the marking moved. The subscription is still there, and still the better rate if you want credits every month.
The mark is on the card, not on a pack. The packs inside it are not individually recommended — one of them simply starts selected when the page opens.
Under the monthly price the subscription card prints the numbers that actually separate the two cards, instead of leaving them in the comparison table further down:
Move between the tier pills and all of them follow the tier you are looking at.
The green extra credits pill only appears when a one-time pack exists at exactly the same price and gives fewer credits. On a tier where no pack matches the price there is nothing to compare against, so the pill is simply left out — that is not a missing discount, and the other numbers on the card are unaffected.
Under the two cards in Credits & plans sits a green box: Doesn't work? You get your money back. If VyroAI doesn't build you something that runs, tell us on the support page within 14 days and we refund the pack in full. No argument. The 14 days run from the day you bought the pack; after that, refunds are given where the law requires them.
There is no refund button: you ask a person, through the contact form on /support. Under every pack's Buy button sits a short green line that puts help first: Not working? We help you get it right. Under it: we reply within 24 hours, and you get your money back within 14 days if we can't get it working.
The page closes with a short FAQ: credits expire one year after purchase (oldest used first), plans can be upgraded any time with unused credits carrying over, payment is by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, and a credit pack can be refunded: if VyroAI doesn't build you something that runs, ask through the contact form on /support within 14 days of buying the pack and it is refunded in full. VyroAI+ is separate: whole unused 30-day blocks you can refund to your credit balance yourself, from the billing panel; part-used time, or blocks bought at a different rate, need support. The Legal page carries the full terms and is the one that binds.
A credit plan tops your balance up every month, and you spend part of that balance on VyroAI+ (or a storage plan from your Profile) whenever you want — and your 20% subscriber discount applies to both.
If you have seen a 7-day money-back guarantee quoted for first purchases, that is an old promise: it was removed on 5 September 2026, and the 14-day refund above has replaced it. For the credits that come back on their own when a job fails, see Refunds When Something Fails.
From time to time an offer runs, and it appears one of two ways:
When an automatic bonus is running it takes the slot above the title, so the standard-rate banner steps aside for it. When nothing is running at all you get the standard-rate banner and nothing else.
A running campaign also shows up inside the Code Studio: a gold strip directly above the chat box, naming the offer. Dismiss it with its ✕ and it stays away — a different offer later is a different strip and shows again.
If a campaign is running, its countdown is the real deadline: an expired campaign disappears from the page rather than staying up with a dead code.
Now and then, pressing Buy or Subscribe does not open the checkout. The page scrolls to the top instead and shows a card headed Checkout didn't start: nothing was charged, with one line saying why, for example Payments are being set up right now. Please try again in a little while. It means the payment page could not be opened for that pack. Nothing was charged: no payment page opened, so no card was asked for, and your account is fine. Back to the packs takes you back down to try again later; if it keeps happening, press Contact support and pass on the line from the card.
Coming back from the Stripe page shows a card in the same spot. I Paid, but My Credits Have Not Arrived explains each one.
