Deleting Your Account

How to delete your data, what is removed, and what is kept.

Do it yourself

Open Profile → Account & security and scroll down to Leaving. On the Delete my account row press Delete account, confirm by typing DELETE, and your data is removed.

If you would rather it were handled for you, use the contact form on the Support page and mention the email address the account is registered under. Deletion requests are processed in line with GDPR.

Deletion is permanent, and unused credits are not refunded. Your projects (including any you made public), their builds and chat history, your AI Chat conversations, generated images and videos, credits and profile are all removed.

The Delete my account row says two things are kept: invoices we are required to keep, and anything you published to the community. In practice that means:

• Your invoices stay, because they are financial records.
• Your skills stay.
• Themes you shared with the community stay.
• AI instructions you shared with the Share button stay.
• The sign-in itself is not erased: the account is emptied rather than the login removed.

If you want any of those gone as well, remove them before you delete the account, or ask support. Export anything you want to keep first.
