Where notifications and moderation warnings land (Profile → Alerts), what the unread count on your avatar means, and what to do if a warning looks wrong.
Open Profile and pick the row called Alerts — that is where notifications and warnings sit. Anything unread is shown as a count on the row, so you can see there is something waiting without opening it.
There is no standing bell icon on desktop. Your avatar opens the account menu, and Notifications is a row inside it, with the bell and the unread count on it — the avatar itself still carries the count as a small badge, so you can see there is something waiting before you open the menu. View my profile and Sign out are in the same menu. On a phone, the ⋮ button opens that menu instead.
This is also where warnings appear if something you published breaks the Community & Publishing Rules. A warning tells you what was wrong.
Repeated violations may result in a temporary or permanent ban. If you think a warning was a mistake, say so through the contact form on the Support page — do not simply re-publish the same thing.
