Emails We Send, and How to Stop Them

The five lifecycle emails VyroAI.vip sends, the transactional mail you trigger yourself, and what unsubscribe and the four email switches really do.

The emails you really get

Five lifecycle emails, and only one of them is about your balance:

The first four are one-time only: the same email is never sent to the same account twice.

Beyond these, transactional mail still arrives when you cause it: verification and device-check codes and project-email confirmations. Those are triggered by what you do, not by a schedule.

A credit-gift notice — the email telling you credits were added to your account — is sent by us, not by you, and it follows the Unsubscribe link below: it carries the link, and it stops once you have unsubscribed.

The Tips & reminders and News & offers switches

Open Profile → Preferences → General. The first group, Emails, has four switches, and the top two are real:

Each switch saves the moment you flip it and says so under its row. If both are greyed out with Couldn't load your email choices, so these two switches are locked., reload the page; the unsubscribe link and the Support page still work in the meantime.

The box under the group lists what is always sent, whatever you choose: sign-up confirmation, verification codes, password resets and payment receipts.

The popup that asks you once

Some accounts are asked the News & offers question in a popup instead of finding the switch themselves. It is headed Want first dibs on what's new?, lists what the emails carry — new tools, credit deals, one-click unsubscribe — and offers two buttons of the same size: Yes, keep me posted and No thanks.

It appears once, ever, after you have finished the setup wizard, and never on the sign-in, legal or unsubscribe pages. Both buttons write the same switch this page describes, so whichever you press you can change your mind later in Profile → Preferences. Closing it with Esc or the × counts as No thanks — nothing is signed up by walking away. Which accounts see the popup and which see a tick box on the signup form is a straight A/B test; neither costs anything.

The two alert switches do nothing yet

Under those two, the same Emails group has Token expiration alerts and Low balance alerts. Only the expiration row carries a frequency picker, and only once you switch that alert on — the low-balance row is a plain switch with nothing beside it, so do not go hunting for a picker that was never there. Neither one is connected to anything:

Switching either one off changes nothing, because neither is driving anything.

Unsubscribing can be undone

The lifecycle emails carry an Unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it switches your account off for those emails in one go — there is no per-email version. It is not for good: switch Tips & reminders back on under Profile → Preferences → General and they start again.

Not every email has that link, and the ones without it (such as the security notice for a new device) are not covered by it.

If the unsubscribe link says it does not work

The unsubscribe link is the same in every email we send you and it does not expire — one from months ago works exactly like today's. If it lands on the page reading "This link doesn't work — the unsubscribe link is incomplete or expired.", the address was cut short on the way (some mail apps trim long links); open the email in a browser or copy the whole link and try again.

That error page offers to have us switch the emails off for you — its Tell support link goes to the Support page, and asking there works even when no link from any email does. See The Unsubscribe Link for what each version of that page means.

This does not touch the mail you need to get in: password resets and sign-in emails come from the login system, not from this, and they keep working whatever you do here.
