Where to change your plan, update your card, or cancel — and what happens to your credits.
Open Profile → Billing. The Current Plan card at the top is where your subscription lives. If you are on a paid plan the card has a Manage Subscription button; if you are not, it has View Plans instead — and that button is the honest signal, not the label above it.
The Current Plan card names the plan you are paying for: Basic, Pro or Unlimited. A live subscription whose name the card does not recognise is shown as Active Plan.
It says Free only when the payment check comes back with no subscription at all, and Checking… while that check is still running — so give it a moment before you read the word.
If it still says Free while your bank shows a charge, press Manage Subscription: Stripe's own portal names the plan you are actually paying for. That is worth reporting through the contact form on /support. The card deliberately does not print how many credits a paid plan gives each month — the Pricing page is the place that sells them, and it is the one that says.
It opens Stripe's own customer portal — the payment company that handles the charge, not a VyroAI page. On a computer it opens in a new tab. On a phone, in a window 768 px wide or narrower, or when your browser blocks the new tab, it opens in the same tab instead. Everything to do with the money lives there:
It looks different from VyroAI because it is a different site. That is expected, and it is the right place — nothing on the VyroAI side can change your card.
Cancel in that portal and the subscription stops renewing. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for; nothing is cut off the moment you press it.
Credits already in your balance stay yours after a subscription ends — they are not rented. What stops is the monthly top-up that the plan was adding, and any subscriber discount on storage and VyroAI+. Credits still expire on their own schedule; see Do Credits Expire?
To move to a different plan, use Change Plan on the same card, which takes you to the Pricing page. Buying a one-off credit pack is a separate thing entirely and needs no subscription — see Buying Credits.
VyroAI+ is not a Stripe subscription and is not managed here — it is bought with credits in 30-day or 1-year blocks and cancelled from its own panel. See What is VyroAI+?
