Billing & Invoices
Find every payment and invoice under Profile → Billing, save one as a PDF, export a CSV, and why Recent Transactions lists credits rather than payments.
Billing History
View your billing history under Profile → Billing. Each payment generates an invoice that includes:
- Payment date and amount
- Plan or credit pack purchased
- VAT amount (where applicable)
- A payment method line — read it loosely: a subscription renewal always says card, and a credit pack can name the first method the checkout offered rather than the one you actually paid with
Opening an invoice puts it in a clean printable page in a new tab — use your browser’s Print → Save as PDF to keep a copy for your accounts. There is also an export of your transactions as a CSV spreadsheet, filtered to whatever period you are looking at.
Invoices exist for payments made from 30 July 2026 onward. Bought something before that date and need the paperwork? Ask for it through the contact form on the Support page.
Recent Transactions is a different list
On the same Profile → Billing page, below the plan, is a Recent Transactions card showing your last 10 credit movements — what was spent or added, and when.
It is easy to mistake for payment history, and it is not: it tracks credits, so it includes credits you never paid for (welcome credits, rewards, refunds of unused VyroAI+ days) and it does not carry invoices. For proof of payment, use the invoices above; for "where did my credits go", use this card, or Usage & Credit History for the full picture rather than the last ten lines.
