Why Did It Fail?

A generation or build failed? Check the three usual causes first: credits, the content filter or a service problem. Plus Continue generation and /status.

Start with these three

Almost every failed generation is one of:

1. Not enough credits — check your balance in the top bar
2. A content safety filter — the prompt was refused; rephrase it, and see When Something Is "Blocked by the Content Policy". (Only a real refusal shows this message — if the safety check itself has an outage, prompts are let through rather than blocked)
3. A temporary service problem — nothing to do with you

If the answer just stopped half-way, do not re-send it

In the Code Studio, an answer that was cut off mid-sentence is not a failure you have to pay for twice. A banner appears above the chat box with a Continue generation button: press that and the AI picks up exactly where it stopped. AI Chat has no such button.

Re-typing the whole prompt starts a brand-new request and charges you for the whole thing again — including the part you already have.

Check whether it is us

The status page at /status is public and shows whether VyroAI is having trouble right now, plus anything that happened in the last 90 days. If there is an active outage, a banner appears in the app pointing you there. Wait it out rather than retrying and spending credits.

If you land on "We can't find that page"

A big 404 and the line We can't find that page means the address itself does not exist — not that VyroAI is broken and not that anything is wrong with your account. The page says so in as many words, and just under the heading it prints the exact address you asked for, so you can see whether it is a typo, an old bookmark, or a link someone sent you that has since moved.

There are two ways out on the card. Signed in, the strong button is Go to Dashboard; signed out it is Get Started, because there is no dashboard for you yet. Beside it, Back to Home is the same for everybody. Under those sit four quick links — Wiki & Help, Community, Pricing and Support.

Nothing here costs credits and nothing needs reporting. If a link inside VyroAI itself brought you to this page, that is worth telling us about through Getting Help — an internal dead link is our mistake, not yours.

If a build fails

A failed build is different from a failed generation — it means the code compiled wrongly, not that the service broke. Use Auto-Fix: it reads the build log and repairs every root cause it finds in that build, so more than one file can change in a single round. See the Auto-Fix article.

If an import is refused

Check which button you used. The Import button in the projects drawer only takes a .json or .mcplugin.json project file, 10 MB or less — it refuses .zip.

Zips are not banned in general: to bring in a zipped project use Import from ZIP when creating a project, or Apply ZIP Update on an existing one. See Starting a New Project and Storage & Limits.
