Project Connectors

The services one project may use: GitHub, a verified sending address, a Discord webhook and Google Calendar.

Where it is

Open Project Settings → Connectors — under the Ship heading in the sidebar. The page calls itself what it is: "Services this project is allowed to use."

Everything here belongs to this project only. Your GitHub sign-in itself lives in Profile → Connectors and is shared by every project; this page holds what one project does with it. Nothing on the page saves by itself — the dialog's Save Changes button does.

GitHub

Meant to push this project's files to a repository you own. If your account is not connected yet there is a Connect GitHub button; connected, you choose Create a new repository (the name is filled in from the project, with a Private repository switch, then Create and push) or Use one I already have (pick one from the list of your repositories, then Push to <repo>). Your GitHub name is read from the account, so there is no Owner box.

The push sends this project's files to that repository and then tells you how many arrived. Secret files such as .env are left out on purpose and counted in the same message, and secret-looking values inside other files, such as tokens and keys, are blanked out before they leave. Read Pushing a Project to GitHub for what it does and does not send.

Email — a verified sending address

The address this app sends from. Without it a contact form has nowhere to deliver and an agenda cannot confirm a booking.

Enter the Send from address (and optionally Replies go to), press Send verification email, click the link that arrives, and the chip turns Verified. Verification belongs to the exact address — edit it and it drops back to Needs verifying.

Two switches say what may use it: Contact form (messages from the site's form are forwarded to you) and Agenda & bookings (booking requests from the site are mailed to you as well; the visitor gets no email yet).

Discord webhook

Paste a webhook URL from one Discord channel and this project posts to it — no Discord sign-in needed, because a webhook is just an address. (Discord → Channel settings → Integrations → New Webhook → Copy URL.)

Once saved the URL is masked for good — anyone holding it can post to that channel, so it never comes back on screen; Replace is the only way to change it. Four switches decide what gets posted: Contact form submissions, New bookings, Build finished or failed, and Site published or updated — and Send a test message proves the wiring before you rely on it. A status line remembers the last post and whether it was delivered.

Save Changes keeps the webhook URL and all four switches. Before 13 September 2026 they were lost on every save, so if you set a webhook up before then, check that it is still there and save again.

Google Calendar

Lets the agenda turn bookings into real appointments. Press Connect Google Calendar and sign in on Google's own page — never inside VyroAI. Once connected, pick which calendar to use with Change, and choose two switches: Write each booking into this calendar and Hide times I am already busy (visitors cannot book a slot that clashes with your calendar). Create a test event checks the link, and Disconnect removes it. If the button stays greyed out, the calendar service is not switched on yet on our side.
