The picture was made and charged but never reached your gallery — download it from the tab it is in, before you reload.
The Image Creator does the work in two moves. First it generates, and the picture appears in the preview the moment it exists. Then it saves — it writes the picture into your account so it turns up in your gallery next time you open the studio.
The saving step has a second attempt built in: if writing it directly does not go through, the studio asks a save service to do it instead. Only when both of those fail does the picture end up made but not kept, and that is the state this page is about.
The picture you are looking at is real and it is yours. It is just not anywhere except this tab.
Press Download under the preview, or the download button on its tile, before you do anything else. Reload the page, move to another screen or close the tab and it is gone for good, because the gallery is read back from your account and this picture was never written there. There is no draft, no recycle bin and no second chance.
A failed save shows two messages together:
Either way, the picture stays on screen exactly as it was. Nothing about the message means the picture is broken or that the generation went wrong — it came back fine, it simply has nowhere to live yet.
Credits pay for the generating, and the generating succeeded — that is why the picture is on your screen at all. A failed save does not undo the charge, and the studio does not re-run the picture for you.
That is the whole reason to download before you leave: the money has already been spent, and the download is what turns it into something you keep. If you want the picture in your gallery as well, generate it again afterwards — but that is a second picture at a second price, so only do it if you need it stored rather than just downloaded.
The gallery under the studio shows what is genuinely in your account. So once the file is safely downloaded, reload the page and look: a picture that is there was saved, and a picture that has vanished was one of these.
Do it in that order. Reloading first is what loses the picture.
A picture you paid for and did not get stored is worth telling us about. Open the Support page and use the message form on it — it writes straight to our support inbox — or use the Discord link on the same page.
Say what you asked for and roughly when, and mention that the picture appeared but did not reach the gallery. That is the detail that separates this from a generation that simply failed, and it is the one that gets it looked at properly.
Every download gets a small VyroAI mark in the corner. If the picture cannot be marked for a technical reason the plain original is downloaded instead, so the download itself never fails on you.
