The two rescue screens in the Code Studio: "This project would not open", and the crash screen with Reset & Reload.
When a project link stays on Loading project... for 8 seconds, the Code Studio stops waiting and shows a card instead: This project would not open. It says that nothing has been lost and gives three likely reasons:
Three buttons sit under it: Try again reloads the page, All projects takes you to your projects list, and Check status opens the status page.
The last line reads Project … · nothing was charged, with a short project id. If you write to support about it, copy that id into your message. It tells us exactly which project you mean.
If the Code Studio itself breaks, you get a card titled Code Studio crashed (or Split view crashed). It offers:
If VyroAI was updated while you were working, the card says Update Required instead and has one button, Reload App. That is not a fault: the new version just needs a reload.
After two crashes within five minutes, the crash screen also offers Enable Safe Mode, saying it turns off auto-generation, live previews and heavy animations. Today nothing in the app reads that switch, so turning it on changes nothing. Use Reset & Reload instead, and if the crash keeps coming back, send the report.
