Square, landscape, portrait or a social-media preset: how to pick an image format, make it your default, choose SD or HD, and what each try costs.
Start from a basic format or jump straight to a social-media preset sized for a specific platform:
Picked a favorite? Press the small pin beside the Shape heading (its tooltip reads Set as my default) and the Image Creator opens with it every time. Once it is your default the pin lights up and Your default appears beside it.
Output resolution follows the model and the format you pick — with one exception worth knowing before you spend. Four styles lock their own size and overrule the format: Pixel Art always comes back 1024×1024, MC Skin at 64×64, and MC Item and MC Block at 16×16, whichever format you picked.
The price does not follow the picture. It is worked out from the format and the quality alone — the style is no part of the sum — so Landscape plus Pixel Art is charged at the landscape price and comes back a square. If you are using one of those four styles, pick the format for the price you are willing to pay, because the shape is not yours to choose there.
There is also one quality setting — SD or HD — in the Image Creator's own gear panel ("Image Settings"), next to the Wizard button. It changes the price: SD costs about two thirds of HD.
The price of one picture comes from the format and the quality — the model you use does not change it. How many pictures you ask for multiplies it; see below.
The price is per try. How many tries lets you ask for 1, 2 or 3 pictures from one prompt, and each one is charged as a picture of its own — so 3 tries cost three times what 1 does. Each of the three buttons shows its own total before you pick it.
The total is always shown before you generate, in a sticky bar beside the Generate button. With 1 try it reads Costs and the price. With 2 or 3 it reads 3 × N credits above the total, and the button says Generate 3 Images. Pressing it starts every try at once — there is no confirmation. A reference image adds nothing to the price, because a reference image is free.
That summary is the only place the per-picture price is published. The Pricing page sells credit packs and the VyroAI+ subscription; it does not list what an individual image costs, so there is nothing to look up there before you generate.
Normally, no. Each try is charged on its own, and a try that fails is refunded. The screen says so: "2 of 3 came back", with "1 did not finish — you were only charged for the 2 you got." underneath.
One exception: a try that was made and then stopped by the second safety check before it was shown. Then the message says "… did not finish." and adds what happened to the credits for that try — refunded, held while a person checks it, or "This picture was charged." for a clear rule break. The three cases are explained in When Something Is "Blocked by the Content Policy".
