Yes, on a Java server that lets Bedrock players in through Geyser. A native Bedrock add-on is not something VyroAI builds.
VyroAI builds plugins for Java Edition servers: Paper, Spigot, Purpur and the others listed in Which Servers It Runs On. Many of those servers also let Bedrock players join, using Geyser, with Floodgate so that Bedrock players need no Java account. On a server like that, a VyroAI plugin works for Bedrock players too, because to the plugin they are players like any other.
Sometimes a plugin has to treat Bedrock players differently: a whitelist that accepts both kinds of name, or a menu that Bedrock controls cannot use well. Both Geyser and Floodgate are in VyroAI's dependency list, so you can ask for it in plain words, for example "use Floodgate to check whether a player is on Bedrock, and show them a simpler menu".
They are compile-only libraries: your server must already run Geyser and Floodgate, and the plugin uses them from there.
A Bedrock add-on (a behaviour pack or resource pack for Bedrock itself) and plugins for Bedrock server software such as Nukkit are not project types VyroAI offers. If your server is Bedrock-only, a VyroAI plugin cannot run on it.
