The account-wide AI controls, including the switch that stops VyroAI learning from your projects.
Profile → Preferences → AI Assistant. These apply to your whole account, not one project, and they are the defaults every new project inherits.
This is the switch people go looking for, and it is the only one — it covers everything AI learning uses: your successful builds, your errors, your Code Studio conversations and your 👍/👎 feedback. Turn it off and none of that feeds the shared knowledge base described in AI Learning & Feedback.
It is your call and nothing else changes when you flip it — generation keeps working exactly the same. Leaving it on makes the assistant better for everyone, including you; turning it off is the right choice if your work is confidential.
When on, the AI edits the part of a file it needs to change instead of rewriting the whole file. It is faster and cheaper on large files. Turn it off if you would rather always see a complete file come back.
Shows the tokens and credits each AI message cost, under the message. It is on by default, so you can see what things cost from day one; turn it off if you would rather not have a running meter under every reply.
Your default voice — with a ▶ sample for each one — and the voice quality: Standard costs about half the credits, Premium sounds best. Both apply to read-aloud and to voice conversations, everywhere in VyroAI. See Voice Conversations.
The thinking control sets how much reasoning effort models put in by default, and Default AI Instructions is the text every new project starts with — house rules you always want followed. A project can override both in Project Settings → AI; see AI Instructions (Rules).
One thing this box does not do: it only reaches new projects. For a standing rule that applies to everything you already have as well, write a global rule in a project's Rules list instead.
Instructions written here apply to new projects. Changing them does not reach back into projects you have already made — those keep their own copy.
