Video Studio — Your Clips and Refused Clips

Where a finished clip goes, what to download, and what the buttons on a failed or refused clip really do.

Generate and Gallery

Videos take a while, so the studio does not make you wait on the page. The sidebar has two modes: Generate, where you set everything up, and Gallery, which holds every video you have made and shows the ones still rendering as Queued and then Processing. You can keep working while one renders.

Clicking a clip in the Gallery opens it large

A click on a gallery clip opens it full size: the player on the left, and on the right a rail with everything the row knows about it.

The heading is the first sentence of your prompt. Under it sit four facts — Length, Aspect, Credits spent and Made, which is the date and the time of day it was generated — then your full prompt, and a character chip when the prompt names one with an @ token.

Three keys work while it is open: ← and → walk to the previous and next finished clip, Space plays and pauses, Esc closes. The counter in the bottom corner reads Clip N of M. M counts only the finished clips on the Gallery page you are looking at — the Gallery shows 12 at a time — so anything still rendering or failed is not in it, and the arrows stop at the first and last clip of that page. Move to the next Gallery page to walk on.

The two buttons that reuse a clip

Beside Download and a Delete that asks Delete this clip? before it does anything, the rail offers two ways to make another one.

Neither of them generates anything. They fill in the form and leave you on the Generate screen with your finger over the button, so nothing is spent until you press it.

Opening a clip that is still rendering

You can open a row that has not finished, and the big view changes to suit it: a percentage ring counting up instead of a player, Credits reserved in place of Credits spent, Download greyed out with ready when the clip is written on it, and Use this prompt again still available.

There is no Delete on a rendering clip and no arrows to walk to the next one. That is deliberate rather than missing — a job the provider has already accepted cannot be called back, so nothing there pretends it can.

Download the ones you want to keep

When a video finishes, VyroAI copies it out of the provider's temporary storage into your own. That copy can fail — you get "Video complete but storage save failed. Preview may expire." The video still plays and still cost you credits, but it is now pointing at the provider's link, which expires after a while and leaves a video in your gallery that will not load.

If you see that message, download the file straight away.

Every finished clip carries an invisible VyroAI mark

When a clip is copied into your storage, VyroAI writes a small invisible mark into the video file: a note that it was made here, on what date, by which account. It is worth knowing three things about it.

You will never see it in the file. Nothing is written into the video itself, and the clip plays exactly as it did. Unlike the Image Creator, which draws a visible "VyroAI" watermark into the corner of every picture you download, video downloads carry nothing on the image at all — the clip comes down as it is.

One thing does show on screen, and it is not this mark: a finished clip whose style is Realistic gets a small AI Generated label drawn over the player in the studio's Ready card. That label sits on the page, not inside the file, so it is not in what you download, and clips made in any other style never get it.

It is fragile on purpose. The mark rides along when the file is copied, re-uploaded or shared as-is, but any re-encode strips it — converting the file, running it through an editor, or letting a social platform re-compress it. So its absence proves nothing about where a video came from.

It can never cost you a clip. If the file cannot be marked safely for any reason, the original video is saved untouched instead. That also means a clip that hit the storage failure in the warning above — the one still pointing at the provider's expiring link — carries no mark, because it never went through our storage.

Neither "Notify" switch does anything yet

There are now two of these and they are the same switch shown twice: Notify when ready, under Advanced Options on the form, and Notify me in the bottom corner of the card that runs while your clip renders. Flip either and the other moves.

Neither is wired up. The setting is never sent with the job, so no email or notification arrives when your video finishes — and it is on by default, which makes it look more promising than it is. What you do get, whatever the switch says, is a "Video generation complete!" message in the corner, but only while the studio tab is still open. Close the tab and nothing tells you; come back to the Gallery later, where a finished clip is waiting either way.

The Image Creator has a switch that looks identical and is not the same thing: there it really does raise a "Your image is ready." message when the picture finishes while you were on another tab. Do not read across from one to the other.

The preview panel — what it shows while you wait, and after

The panel beside the form shows whichever clip is selected, and it has three faces.

Nothing selected — generate one, or pick one from the gallery.

While it renders, you get the named steps the job is going through rather than a bare queued: each step says how long it took, there is an estimate for the model you picked and a clock counting up beside it, and underneath sits a recap of what you asked for — your prompt, the model, the length and ratio, and the credits reserved. The same card runs in the Image Creator, so the wait looks the same in both tools.

When it is done, a Ready card holds the clip itself with how long it took and what it cost, and the buttons beside it: Download, Make another, Same prompt, new take, and a bin. The credits line names what was really spent and says it is the same number you saw reserved.

When it fails, the card gives the reason in a sentence, then one line about your money. It says Credits refunded. when the video service ruled on the clip and the charge was reversed. It says We could not confirm a refund for this clip — tell us on the support page and we will sort it. when we gave up before the service ruled, and then nothing came back on its own: take it to the contact form on /support and a person sorts it by hand. The card also offers Try again plus a link to the status page. Try again does not send anything: it puts the prompt, length, ratio and style back in the form and clears the card, and nothing is spent until you press Generate.

One more message you may meet there: Video completed but the file is not available — the link may have expired. That is the storage failure described above, on a clip whose link has since run out.

When a clip comes back refused

Not every failure is a fault. The commonest one by far is the model provider's safety check refusing your reference picture, and the row in your gallery now says so in a sentence rather than leaving you a bare Failed.

Two things in a frame set that check off, and it does not tell us which:

A crop that leaves the logo out, a face that is smaller or turned away, or a less photoreal image usually goes straight through.

What a refused row offers you in the queue

The refused row in the queue carries the provider's own reason where it recorded one, rather than a bare Failed. The line under it is one of two: Credits refunded., or We could not confirm a refund for this clip — tell us on the support page and we will sort it. Older rows, from before the reason was stored, name the usual cause instead, and they always carry the second line, because nothing on them says how the clip ended. If you see that line, use the contact form on /support.

Up to three buttons can sit under it:

When the Gen-4 Turbo button shows

It is easy to expect it on every refused clip, and it is not there on most. It only shows when all of these are true:

Fixing the picture yourself

Fix the image opens the real picture editor, over the studio, with your reference picture already loaded — the same masked Inpaint editor the Image Creator uses. The clip stays where it is; only the picture changes.

Three one-press starters sit above the editor: Remove the logo, Re-frame off the face and Make it less photoreal. Each one writes the prompt for you, and you still paint over the part of the picture it applies to, because only you can see where the logo is. Fix and send the clip again, at the bottom, then sends the clip once more with the same prompt, length, ratio and model and only the picture swapped. That button stays greyed out until you have actually made an edit.

The editor says the money part itself: "The edit costs credits · the clip is quoted again before it runs." Nothing there promises the new clip will pass — the provider decides, and it never says which part of the frame it objected to.

You can still do it by hand instead: crop the logo out, pick a picture where the face is smaller or turned away, or use a less photoreal one. Then put it in the first reference slot on Generate and press Generate again.

Editing a picture in the Image Creator is an ordinary image edit and costs credits like any other, and the new clip is a new charge. Nothing can promise the fixed clip will pass either — the provider decides, and it never says which part of the frame it objected to.

"The video provider is busy"

A different message — "The video provider is busy right now — please try again in a minute.", with (HTTP 503) after it — is not about your picture or your account. It means the company that renders the clips is turning requests away for a moment. The clip was not started and nothing was charged, so wait a minute and press generate again.

It is not the hourly cap on your own account. That one has its own wording, described in When Something Says It Is Rate-Limited.
