TypeScript Bots Are Not Supported Yet

VyroAI writes and hosts Discord bots in JavaScript (discord.js) or Python (discord.py). Why a TypeScript bot does not start on hosting, and what to do.

Two languages, and TypeScript is not one of them

A Discord bot on VyroAI is written in one of two languages:

TypeScript is not offered by either wizard, and hosting cannot run it yet.

Why a TypeScript bot does not start

Hosting starts a plain .js or .py file. For a JavaScript bot it installs the packages and runs the entry file (index.js, src/index.js, or the main file named in package.json) with Node. Nothing compiles TypeScript first, so a project with only .ts files has nothing to run, and the console says No Node entry file found.

Already have a bot written in TypeScript? Ask the AI in the project chat to rewrite it as JavaScript, then press Start again.
