Discord Bot Studio — Overview

What the Discord Bot Studio builds in discord.js or discord.py: slash commands, event handlers, embeds, moderation tools and data kept between runs.

What is the Discord Bot Studio?

It generates complete bot code for you. The bot builder offers two languages — Python (discord.py) and JavaScript (discord.js) — and whichever you pick you get:

Describe your bot's features and the AI handles the rest.

The whole route, in order

Generating the code is the first of four steps, and the other three are where most questions come from.

  1. Describe the bot and let it generate — Discord Bot Generator
  2. Get a token and invite the bot to your server — the token comes from Discord's own site, not from VyroAI. Bot Token & Inviting Your Bot walks through it
  3. Check that it starts — press Check Code in the toolbar, or run it on your own machine with your token. There is no free trial run on VyroAI
  4. Put it on hosting when you are happy — Bot Hosting, paid with credits

Check Code — the bot's version of a build

A plugin gets compiled, which catches its mistakes. A bot is not compiled: it is simply run, so a typo shows up as a bot that silently will not start.

That is why bot projects have a Check Code button in the Code Studio toolbar where a plugin has Build. It reads every file in the project and looks for the faults that stop a bot booting. The result — pass or fail — arrives as a message in your chat naming each file, and it carries the same Auto Fix hand-off a failed plugin build does.

Run it before you put a bot on hosting. Pressing Start in the Bot Console runs the same check by itself and refuses to start a bot that cannot boot — see Bot Hosting.

Get the token and the privileged intents right before anything else. An invalid token or a missing intent is what stops most first runs, and neither produces an obvious error message.
