When Hosting Runs Out or Your Bot Is Stopped

Your bot stops the moment its paid days end, and a bot that stays stopped for a week loses its server: files it saved are gone and it comes back on a new port.

The moment the paid days end

Hosting is paid in advance, for a block of days. Those days count down on the calendar whether the bot is running or not.

When they run out, VyroAI stops the bot straight away and the console shows "Auto-stopped: Hosting plan expired". The panel then says "Hosting expired. Add more days to continue.", and Start will not run the bot until you do.

Buying days for an expired bot starts the new block from today, not from the day it ran out.

Stopped for a week: the server is deleted

A bot that stays stopped for 7 days, whether you stopped it or its paid days ran out, has its hosting server deleted to free the space.

Your project and its code are kept, so nothing you built in VyroAI is lost. What is lost is anything the bot saved while it was running: a database file, a settings or scores file, uploaded images. Those lived only on that server.

When you start it again it gets a fresh server on a new port, so the port in its web address changes too. Anything that points at the old address, such as a webhook, has to be updated.

If your bot keeps data it cannot lose, have it store that data outside its own server, in a hosted database for example. And add days before they run out if the bot has to stay online.
