How the reviews work
Every review here comes from a VyroAI account. One account can leave one review, and that review stays editable forever — the rating and the text can be changed whenever the writer changes their mind. Editing a review that is already published sends it back to be checked before it shows again, and the form says so rather than letting it surprise anyone. The wall is newest first and unfiltered: there is no control to feature, hide or reorder a review. No average is shown at all until there are at least ten reviews, because the mean of a handful of people is an accident rather than a rating — under that mark the page simply says how many there are and shows them in full.
How moderation works
A review is read by a person before it appears. The page publishes the only five reasons one can be removed — spam or a duplicate, abuse, harassment or hate, off-topic, not from a real user of the product, or personal data such as someone's email address or a token — and the four things that are never a reason: being critical of us, being one or two stars, mentioning a competitor, or describing a bug we already know about. Every removal is recorded against one of those five reasons.
